Senior Account Manager

Overview

As a Senior Account manager, you will interact with clients as an extension of their team. Your job is to understand their business and objectives, and translate them into effective users of our platform.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Define and continuously optimize our account management strategy combining qualitative and quantitative approaches
  • Manage and own post-contract journey of new Talos clients, from onboarding to integration to becoming an active user of the platform
  • Work closely with the sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure the clients’ expectations are met and that the voice of the client is represented in future product decisions
  • Nurture and grow customer relationships, brainstorm use cases, and drive value for our customers
  • Monitor and improve overall health of our client base

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in account management or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Fintech, crypto and traditional capital markets experience preferred but not required
  • An energetic, creative, and autonomous self-starter to help our clients grow
  • Location flexible with remote work / WFH options
