1. What types of clients does Talos serve?
We serve buy-side and sell-side clients, including banks, brokers, OTC dealers, market makers, systematic hedge funds, crypto-native hedge funds, asset managers, and more.
2. Can you use the Talos platform on a trial base?
Depending on the integration, we are able to provide prospective clients with a Talos Sandbox environment to help them get familiar with the functionality and workflow of the platform.
3. How long does it take to onboard with Talos?
Depending on your requirements, we can have you up and running in as little as two days. For customized workflows, the integration can take two weeks or more.
4. What types of service providers can I connect through Talos?
Once connected to Talos, you will have the ability to orchestrate workflows among your preferred providers. The Talos Provider Network includes leading crypto exchanges, OTC desks, lenders, custodians, DeFi protocols, prime brokers, FX providers, PMS/RMS, fund-admins, TradeFi OEMS, staking partners, FCMs, settlement and other providers you need to build or enhance your digital asset capabilities.
5. What kind of product education is available to Talos clients?
Once you onboard with Talos, you will have access to the Talos Knowledge Base, containing details on product features, quarterly release notes and how-to guides. In addition, Talos will provide your team with full API documentation.
6. What type of algorithmic trading does Talos provide?
Talos offers an extensive suite of advanced algorithmic trading strategies, including TWAP, Percent of Volume, Pegged, Steady Paced, Time Sliced, Multileg and others.
7. What kind of API access does Talos support?
Talos offers extensive websocket and REST APIs to meet your trading needs. FIX connectivity is also available.
8. Can I trade through Talos using my own algorithms?
Yes, by utilizing the available APIs, you can programmatically submit orders to Talos.
9. What instruments can I trade through Talos?
Talos supports FX trading and crypto/digital asset trading, including crypto spot, future, perpetual swap and options trading and spot FX.
10. Can you access Defi through Talos?
Yes, through Uniswap Labs' Trading APIs clients have enterprise-grade access to the deepest liquidity venue in DeFi with thousands of assets in the Talos order book, in a familiar format. Additional decentralized venue support is on our roadmap.
11. In addition to trading, can Talos help with portfolio management?
Yes, our Portfolio Management System (PMS) product offers a suite of systematic investment applications that enable asset managers, ETF issuers, RIAs, and more to build, implement and manage highly customized portfolios at scale.
12. What reliability systems are in place?
