Achieved strategic milestones

• Acquired Cloudwall, a provider of risk management technology for digital assets, to complement our existing portfolio management capabilities
• Acquired Skolem, a provider institutional technology for accessing DeFi markets, to enhance our ability to connect clients to DeFi
• Established a new entity in Europe, based in the Netherlands, to better serve our clients in region

Enhanced our platform

• Launched a new, integrated PMS expanding the Talos platform into a full, end-to-end investment management platform for digital assets
• Enabled complex trading workflows by optimizing multi-leg strategies and unifying liquidity for perpetuals across multiple exchanges
• Expanded sell-side solutions with new execution rules, tier-based pricing and fees, and a new customer settlement management dashboard.
• Scaled the platform to handle high-throughput retail flows and large volumes of concurrent algorithmic orders.

Expanded our provider network

• Expanded DeFi access with the integration of 1inch DEX aggregation
• Expanded access to regulated options by adding support for CME options
• Added UK and European regulated exchanges such as Archax and TPICAP; D2X, tradias and One Trading
• Added US venues such as Uphold Institutional OTC and Coinbase Derivatives (CFTC registered exchange)
• Added custodians such as Hex Trust in Asia, and Anchorage in the US.

Reached record highs

• Surpassed $350 billion in total volume since inception through the platform
• The Talos platform remained resilient even on record trading days at 5x-10x our ADV
• Over 3,800 symbols traded to date
• Over 80 provider integrations completed to date
